We want you to love your colorful Susan Alexandra pieces as much as we loved making them. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Package with Care

  Securely pack your items, ensuring all original tags and protective dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
